Transcendental Meditation and consciousness
When we first learn Transcendental Meditation, we will experience a state of deep rest, silence or Bliss consciousness, this is also known as Pure Consciousness where all thought and creativity rises from. Albert Einstein referred to this state as the Unified Field or collective consciousness.
It is the Mantra we use when doing TM that leads us into this state and as soon as we become aware that we are experiencing it, we are back on the surface. We don’t dwell on it, all we do is quietly go back to the Mantra and the process will start again. Once the mind has experienced this state it will want to re connect over and over again.
This state of deep rest is deeper than sleep and rejuvenates the body. Deep rooted stress can be released from the body when we experience this state of Pure Consciousness.
